definitely a 14b. they are cheap, durable and easy to find.

a turbo that wont blow ur engine? it sounds like u need to do more research, no offense but u can put any turbo u want on that motor and it wont blow if the psi is low enough and the engine is running right. not trying to be a dick but maybe that question was just to bland and u do know what, what u are talking about.

I would recomend a t25, g28r, t3,t04e. depends what u are looking for

14B or 16G is fine,

as for management, convert to OBD1 and get crome or hondata or something along those lines

i would say go with a t3. if you want a pretty good amount of power yet not enough lag to annoy u in everyday driving. t25 is practically imediate boost. t3/t4 is huge amounts of boost but mucho lag, not so hot for everyday driving

TurboEdit is a freeware program for obd0. It sounds like you need to read some more, how hard is an obd1 swap...

You burn a chip or get someone to burn you one and then someone with a wideband can tune you...
