My 1998 Honda Accord. staret making this weird noise, when the car is in parking. Its like ra ra ra. It only does it when its in park, and it seems like its coming from the right side of the engine? Does anyone know what it could be? I check the oil and it was fine, but the transmission fluid was very low but even after I put transmission fluid in it, it still does the noise. The car has 71k miles.
