T3 60-1 Torque Specs
When I had to clock the compressor side of my turbo I had to tighten down the bolts and I just tightened til I felt comfortable they were not going anywhere.
i just clocked mine last week. make it tight that you cant move it by hand, dont crank the hell out of it you might strip the housings, ive done that before.

GUUDNTITE = Good and tight.
Just tighten it down like anything else, just dont strip it.
