Default Best ways to get following misc. swap parts? B18C into EG (Not complete)

First- I am trial user so I can't access market place and post a WTB ad.

Second - I *did* try search, and I have the accurate information regarding what is needed and how to do the swap, including but not limited to:
Del Sol Vtec A/C bracket
Rear Integra Mount

But I need the following parts and I only have small leads on where to get them:
Distributor (95 block with 99 head/99 tranny, so I guess OBDII?)
ECU (I think head is OBD2 so I'd need an OBD2 ECU)
Rear water neck
2x torque mounts
Vtec silinoid

I only know vaguely where to get the ECU and Torque mounts, but as far as the distributor, I don't know. I also don't know which ECU to get. Would the block being 95 make the engine OBD1 or would it be OBD2 because of the head? The distributor should at least be OBD2 right?

Thank you for any help/suggestions.

Bump.

If someone could please respond with any information, I'd appreciate it.

I found a place for the distributor and the torque mount for the A/C, but I still need the shift linkage stabilizer bar and a good place to get an ECU.

I want to get either a P28 socketed OBD1 or a P72.

My posts are limited due to trial status

You will need an OBD1 distributor and ECU because your car is OBD1 and it will make wiring much easier. The distributor I would go with Distributor King or ebay it and the ECU can be found on ebay or junkyard. I would check either local junkyards or ebay for the mounts, A/C bracket, water neck and the VTEC solenoid can come off pretty much any SOHC or DOHC VTEC engine. If you need any of the related sensor wiring let me know or check out my store. Let me know if you need any help.
