yes, this is really rare since people NEED the USDM p30 in order to bar/smog their b16a's. I've owned a total of 3 USDM p30's in the past 4 years of chipping ecu's. I've sold all 3 of them as virgin ecu's for $180-250

^ also USDM ones are more expensive then JDM ones. JDM ones are about 120-170

Valvetrain components: valves, springs, retainers, cams, gears etc

header: 4-2-1 one peice

wheels: 4x114.3

i can add cash if need be
