where can i find the tranny code? (searched)

Default where can i find the tranny code? (searched)

hi i need to know where i can find the code for the trans on a car im gonna go look at tomorrow. i searched and came up with "its on the sticker in front of the bell housing" but where is the bell housing lol. any help is appreciated...excuse my noobness!

the tranny code should't be hard to find at ALL!. just look at your motor where the valve is....look to the left where you'll see the bell..it should be right on it! right under the intake.

What motor are you looking at.....cuz if it is a D-series, you have a check on a little tiny circle by the oil draingage bolt to see whether it is a EX/Si tranny Vs. a Dx/Cx/Vx Tranny.
