FS: ITR oil pan and airbox/resonator

FS: ITR oil pan and airbox/resonator
Cleaning out my garage and need to get these outta the way, best offer takes em. I will ship via UPS and can accept MO or Paypal (+3%), please pm me if interested.
OEM ITR oil pan (P72) - This came off the car at about 75k miles, no major dents. Had a little road rash on the front corner (you can see where I touched it up).
OEM ITR airbox and resonator - This came off the car around 75k miles as well, airbox has a few scratches, nothing major. Filter seems to be in pretty good condition.
