Default 96 z6 swap

I know theres 3 or 4 write up but i had a question concering ecus, what wiring changes do i need to do to run off of a chipped pr3 besides the dp to mpfi changes? or what other ecu could i use to engauge vtec?

Well for starters u need to make sure you know which engine you have... The D16Z6 wasnt released in 96, the D16Y8 was... But either way, the best ECU to run either of them in an OBD0 car, is an OBD1 P28... A stock PR3 would throw a code begging for a secondary O2 sensor, and a knock sensor... But since its chipped, Im sure those can be bypassed... If all is well, all you should have to wire is the VTEC wire... And maybe the VTEC pressure switch...

Im honestly not too familiar with the OBD0 pinouts... But whichever is the pin for the VTEC solenoid...
