Default How to lower the sitting position in an EK?

I'm 6'4 and have an EK4, i assume all ek's have the same seat rails-seat height. I'd really like to sit lower and thought of cutting out maybe 1/2 inch out of those mounts that keep the rail in the air, and weld them back.
Now i'd like to get more room than just 1/2 inch and the other thing is the safety concerns.

Would i sit lower if i got the ITR seats? Any other seats maybe? But the seat's can't be buckets.

Do you guys have any del sol seats pictures in an EK? From searching i'd say these seats are 2' lower, right?

Now, s2k seats look nice but are they really lower, how much? Wich rails to use, what needs to be modified?

P.S.

I second the motion "Integra Type-R" forum to "Stolen"

Del Sol seats are slammed, so are S2K seats.

Also, Vision Technica makes slim seat rails.

I'm 5'9" and Del Sol's are just a tad low for me. I think they'd be perfect for anybody taller than me. I've got them in my EM1 and I love them. Cheaper to get a pair of those than a set of those brackets.

Eran, do you know how much lower the seat rail drops the seat compared to stock rails? It also says you can use it with bucket seats, but are they o.k. with stock honda seats?

Wich are lower, the del sol's or s2k's?

Thanks guys, you helped out a lot.
