Need answered asap dumb ?
14mm nuts that anchor the wiper arm. Take those off and pull the arm off, you might have to fight it a little. Paint Black. Reeinstall.
haha... i was about to ask that... once you get the nut off, i think you just need to pull it real hard as the rubber bushing is probaby somewhat seized to the metal thread...
If you pull hard straight up you could cause damage. This is because the pressure of the blade against the glass pushes the arm on to the post at an angle. Once you have the nut off, push down on the hinge in the wiper arm several times to loosen the arm. Once the arm is loose, bend the hinge back like you would do when cleaning your windshield. The pull stright up on the arm.

Thanks guys, but I gave up. I will have someone do it for me. I am retarded when it comes to anything. I installed the PIAA wipers (took me 10mins to figure out right adapter) then I installed the actualy arms. They werent working right.
Sabistan, i repainted my arms bout 2 months ago. I went to home depot, bought some black primer, cleaner, and black paint. The cleaner took forever to scrub off the old paint, but it worked. I did 2 coats, doesnt look 100%, but good enough.

Was removal of the old paint and then primer necessary?
Was just planning on taking some sand paper to the arms as they are, then some flat black spray paint.

It isnt necessary, it depends if you are pressed for time. I had a few days off to do it. I let it dry for 12 hours. I mean, I guess the quality wont be as good, but it doesnt matter that much
