90-91 CRX SiR seats into 89 CRX Si?

I was told that the 88-89 seats use the same bolt pattern as JDM seats so I was just curious whether or not it would be a direct bolt in affair or if I'll have to redrill or swap the seat pans to make them fit?

HERES THE SCOOP

88-89 HF ONLY are the same
89-91 (exclude 89 HF) are the same

JDM are the same as 88

and that only goes for CRX as far as the hatch goes...im not sure
