In conversing w/ someone yesterday it was said that U could have got it from the dealer a while back but now it's discontinued.
I'm not sure about the chin spoiler (front) but he said there was a pair of side skirts & a rear (under bumper) lip.
If this is true maybe I'm from the stone ages but this is a first to me.
If it exist does anyone have a pic? Thanks.

I'm not sure how people got to saying it's a Type-R kit, but....
Yes, the optional kits were available from the dealer a few years ago. Now they're very hard to find, and expensive.
Here's a pic of the kit on my car:

It is the 98-01 OEM Optional Kit for 2dr integras.
The front lip is identical to the OEM ITR front lip. There are sideskirts and two rear valences.
Here's how it looks:

WOW!!! I really appreciate all the pics guys! I've seen those before but had no idea it was a factory option. If I'd known that I'd gotten that when I bought mine new.
I can't say I'd be willing too shell out 1K bucks for it used though.

Here's a picture of it on my car if you dont want to spend the money on a used factory one, then you can always buy the fiberglass ones on ebay for about $300. My friend has the fake one on his gsr and it fits just about the same. IMO i think it is the best kit out there besides the mugen or the C-West

I don't think the rear valances would fit on the '97 bumpers. I'm sure if they fit, someone would have it... but I've yet to see one.

My train of thought is: If this kit wasn't a dearler option until 98' then Im going to stop worrying about getting one since it was never available for the 94' to 97' body.

It's only for 98-01 dc2's. The 97 front and rear bumpers aren't compatible.
But you can get the azect sides and rears - which are only compatible with the 97 and earlier rear bumper.....

I'm aware of the compatibility isses
. I wasn't sure if maybe they offered a kit that fit for the earlier DC2.
What is this 'Azect sides and rears' you speak of?

OK, well, a line of parts that complemented each other like the HFP and A Spec line do now did not exist in 1998.
