portflow or skunk2 springs retainers which is better?

portflow or skunk2 springs retainers which is better?
just wondering which ones people have better luck with or would recommend. running on gsr with skunk2 proseries stage 2 cams and itb's.

You're talking about full portlfow springs or typeR outers portflow inners?
you usually just run what the cam manufacture recomends..but I know you cant go wrong with full portflow springs...its what im gonna use im my new build..
