Default 84 crx

i may be purchasing an 84 crx that is eaither going to become a project or be parted out. i currently have a 91 crx and was wondering what if any parts are interchangable between the years with little or no modifacation. is there any way possible to put the doors to an 84 on a 91? i love the side door open handles on the 84's and would love them even more on my 91

Basically nothing swaps between 84 and 91 (lugnuts, maybe?) and the only way to swap doors/handles is to do lots of custom bodywork. If you're going to sell it whole or part it out you might try the FS section at http://www.redpepperracing.com

lol i like the sarcastic remarks lol. i deffinately like the 91 body style better but i like the old school almost rally look of the 84, and i just love the dash of the 84 there so old school also the side handle door openers are cool, and not as many people fix up the older ones a lot so i would like to be one of a few. if i dont part it out ill probably just get parts for it as they come along, but not go out of my way for them, main focus is on the 91, 84 will just be a beater probably. also just like to be able to say that i have both styles of crx
