Will 95 gsr header fit on OBD2 Gsr?
Sorry, I tried searching through "search", but wasn't too sure on the answer. If they don't fit, could you guys tell me why? Due to length of cat or header?

I don't think so. The A-pipe (underneath oilpan) is shorter on a '95, because the cat starts farther forward. Beginning around '98 or so (not the same year as OBD2) the A-pipe got longer, and the cat got shorter. The O2 sensor in '95 was mounted in the inlet of the cat, so the header (A-pipe) has no bung for the sensor.
If your factory A-pipe is OK, it may fit up to the '95 header, IF it's a 2-piece header with the same flange bolting pattern. I had a DC header & this would have worked.
Or you could use a '95 cat, but then you won't have the 2nd O2 sensor for OBD-2...

I owned a '95 GSR for 10 years...
