im civic with ls/vtec, do i gotta have it smogged before it is sold, its registered till april 2007,, doesn't need smog for another, but i know it won't pass smog at a local smog shop, i would pretty much have to get him a hook up on a smog pass correct?

 

law states you must smog prior to sale...but can always sell car as is and specify in the bill of sale smog liability is now the buyer's, no longer yours (just a thought)
