Default D series intake manifold question

I have a jdm D15b in my 95 civic and i was wondering what intake manifold i should get. One of my buddies offered me a d16y8 manifold, would this manifold be better than the stock one i have now? Thanks in advance for the input.

Josh

i think they are the same. the Y7 IM is bad. but the Y8 is ok. the jdm d15b mani has one less vacuum line for that sensor on the back right. thats what makes it so jdm!!!DURR

Bigger plenum, shorter runners, that should answer your question
