Hello, I have a 98 civic and i need to adjust the headlights, i've already search and the posts that i saw was unclear about this. Behind the headlights there are 2 screws and a 10mm bolt...i've been twisting and turning the screws...i see it moving...but how do i actually know when its aligned? im aware that the screw closes to the grille is the horizontal and the one closes to the fender is the verticle. So what is the 10 mm bolt that is close to the headlight? thanks in advance

 

There should actually be a mini leveling bubble in the headlight assembly. It is probably covered in grime. If you look in your manual I think it explains how to do it with pictures.
