b18 block, b16 head help

b18 block, b16 head help
I have a 93 integra ls/vtec with 00 civic head, 12:1 comp pistons, i'm doing HUGE buddy club cams, im worried about valve tapping since the head was milled. should this be a problem? any help would be appreciated
