Whats the difference between the dohc zc and the ls motor?
the zc is a 1.6 and the LS is a 1.8. zc is basically a single cam with a extra cam. u are better off getting the LS cause theres more options with that motor
.....BORE AND STROKE, fuel maps, year of production are different with DOHC ZCs AND LSs. The bore of a ZC is the same as a single cam (75mm) while the LS is 81mm.

The DOHC ZC is a JDM 1.6L D-series with 128hp. The LS is a 1.8L B-series found in all markets; '90-91 models had 130hp and '92+ models had 140-142hp. The LS engine has about 14-18% more torque than the DOHC ZC.

perhaps a better comparison would be the dohc ZC and d16a1 (i believe) that came in the 87' ls integra...
