I was just wondering if this is the case as someone told me they come stock from the factory with this. Does anyone know?

they come on the a-spec package. I guess you can call them summer tire package. better check the acura website to make sure

 

My 05 came stock with some Michellins(sp?)

 

Yea, mine came stock with Michelin Pilot MXM4's which suck btw.

 

ohh snaps... Michellin MXM4s fuckingggg sucksssssssss .. they slip the expletive on me... these tires are a no-no for even just casual handling.

i haven't had that gear grind yet but my stock clutch is gone!!!!!

I bought my type-S used but the tires it has are federals but with the crap clutch i can't break em loose on any upshift

 

not that i know of. someone mentioned that he thinks it comes on the a-spec package so if that's true, you could upgrade the tires at the dealership. But if you were to do that, might as well just go to a tire shop and buy them because the dealership will probably rip you off on the price.

 

yes, the aspec tires are AVS ES100's..
