I would like to know what the answer to that is too. I would think that a b18c would be the better one.

IBTF/IBTL

Are you serious, there has to be a thread a day about this. It really comes down to personal preference, but as far as which is faster...thats the H, no doubt.
I just don't like H motors because they weigh 100lbs more than b series, and more work is involved in the swap.
I'm going K, which also has more work than an H, but i believe it's worth it. IMO, i just don't like the H motor. Don't know why, but i'd take a c5 over a H22, maybe because the c5 holds its value better...

This question has entirely too many variables to be answered like that. It will come down to personal preference.

In my preference though, I would prefer the B anything because after doing only one H swap, I would prefer to never work on another one again.

Then there is that too, although I don't think I would go as far as to call them scum lol.

I believe it was posted here a while ago and it's actually less than 65 lbs.

If the motors were completly stock and in identical chassis. i would think the car with the 2.2L would win.

For the most part, yes. There are some downsides to the H though.

No replacement for displacement especailly when the H head flows 305 with just a valve job.

Try getting that out of a B

The h22 motor pulls hard than any B-motor . The torque is one that really makes the difference.
