92 Accord EX Station Wgn. (Federal) in Georgia:

50/15 Test as follows:

HC ppm 175 (Reading) 124(Allowed)
CO % 8.27 (Reading) .69 (Allowed)
NOx ppm 72 (Reading) 937(Allowed)

On the 25/25 Test it passes with flying colors. Here's what's been done:

-Standard tune up (fail)
-EGR ports cleaned (fail)
-Tech found FPR lines swapped (probably done when EGR ports were being cleaned: done at two seperate places) (fail)
-New cat ( 25/25 MUCH better, 50/15 fail)

Car run excellent: no stalling or studdering. Thinking along the lines of FPR or misspraying fuel injectors. HELP!

Yes, it is a pain.

 

We have some "magic dust" here in California called RXP Gas Kicker. This stuff worked wonders on my CRX with 225K miles the last time it had to pass smog.

Worth a try. They have the stuff at Amazon if you can't find it locally.

 

It looks like a rich condition, may want to have a look at your O2 sensor
