Default Question on brake fitment with Volks on EG

I'm interested in a set of CE28N's and I want to have a decent brake setup behind it (Project Mu, Wilwood, etc.) I want a better upgrade than Integra brakes so aftermarket kit is the best option.

Does anyone have an aftermarket brake kit behind a set of CE28's? What is the minimum diameter and offset change needed for this? I was hoping to run 15" but i'll use 16" if needed.

Thanks

Are you planning on a big brake kit or stock-sized performance rotors? All of the brake upgrades I've seen required atleast a 17" wheel because the caliper has to be moved..

talk to the guys at stoptech...they know their ****. a buddy of mine just picked up the biggest stoptechs for 17s u can get to fit behind enkei rpf1s...they calculated the offset needed for him and everything.

Also, joe i think his name is at fastbrakes.com will tell you everything you need for their 11.75 kit to fit behind a 15. however I personally wouldnt reccomend wilwood for hardcore driving. A few of my buddies have ahd problems...

Oh, and if you have the money for them, go ITR with a good pad. Standard integra are like 10.2 and the ITRs are 11....THe person who turned me on to that setup was last years H1 champion John Whitaker...I bought some parts off him and we just got to talking because at the time I was doing my upgrade... anyway...they were good enough on his EG hatch for plenty of hot laps.... but in the end its all up to budget and preference.

hope i helped...

Big brake, multi piston. I'm planning on a high torque Honda (gasp!) so I want to stop it in a competitive distance.

Big brake, multi-piston calipers will NOT fit on anything less than 17" wheels. but anywayz, good luck with that torque monster!!
