I was wondering if anyone had some good links to the theories or ideas behind the intake Tubes and boxes like the J's racing slug, ARC box and tube, and the top fuel power chamber. Im going to be designing and fabbing my own tube and box system soon and wanted to read up on ideas and facts about what works and what doesnt, or why those ideas work etc. Thanks for the help!

 

i have a pdf file on manifold design and ram pipes but nothing on the air box. its a little section on the intake pipe but not much. if you want that i could send it to you by email or know a place to host it i can get it hosted for others.

then what was the purpose of J's designing that weird looking pipe. And i remember seeing a S2k intake with two weird bulges instead of one. There has to be some time of idea or theory behind it
