Ok so i have some Z6 ARP studs, and a fully built a6/z6 setup that they're going into. I'm just curious, before i get the head to go on the block, that i have the right studs or not. If not, i guess these need to be sold for some a6 studs lol

This is probably irrelevant, but I ordered the z6 ARP's for my d15b7 and all but one of the ARP studs fit. 9 ARP studs and 1 used OEM bolt, sold the car and it's been running good ever since.

 

The Z6 ones will work I used them in my setup.
Works real nice.

 

I believe they are very similar but can't say for sure. I only know that the Y8 can't use all of the Z6s studs, one is different length. All of the Z6s bolts and studs are the same length as are the A6s.
