Apexi Power FC 4 Turbo LS?
How's the Apexi Power FC for the Integra B18B with Turbo? Any1 have any experience with this yet? Any shop that is able to tune this in the Midwest near Chicago?

Power FC are decent units for tuning. Not quite the best but decent.
If your willing to drive to St. Louis,MO then there 's a authorized Apexi Power FC tuner there
