d16a6 vtec head swap

im putting a vtec head on my d16a6 and want to know if i should use a vafc or vtec ecu. and if i use the ecu how hard will it be to install it

Do a search man, you didn't even ******* try.
Use a VTEC ECU (P28). You proabably should buy a conversion harness and a new dizzy/harness for that.
