What OEM honda/acura cd player will work in my EF?
Ef... i dunno...
why not just get yourself a new head unit...
if you own an ipod.. get one that supports direct connection to it.. alpine's fullspeed isn't bad... the ipod connector is only 30...

i think almost all of them will work.. you might have to redo the harness...

Some of alpine products are "full-speed" meaning the ipod controls are built into the headunit.. and you just need to add the $30~ish wiring...
go to http://www.crutchfield.com for the headunit...
they have unbeatable coustomer service, and all the things they sell come with the required wiring and install help it needs...
so it makes it easy for you to install stuff.. esp if you don't really know what your doing...
as long as you know a little bit about soldering or wirecrimping, you should be good to go..

Any single-DIN unit made prior to '98 will be plug & play. Single-DIN units newer than that will need a reverse harness (to plug into radio) and a regular harness to plug into existing wiring.
