Would it be worth throwing my gsr cams into my b16 head? I'm guessing "no" but it's been floating around in my head the past few days.

I'm guess there would be minimal gains?

 

i would say in the long run it would depend on your future modifications, i personally wouldnt do it. but since you already have the cams, but gains you wont see much

 

i would say go for it..it doesnt involve much work at all. just make sure you adjust you valve lash correctly. i felt a noticeable difference when i used to have a b16 and changed over to gsr cams..but that might be because i was previously running on automatic cams.
