It is running prety ruff and low idle rpm
I did a toon up and I put in a high output alt to compensate for the audio draw

well on your 82 accord I'd have to say you need to check the float levels on the carb. There is a little glass window on the drivers side of the carb. The gas level should be seen thru that window. Maybe the floats are sunk and the carb is dumping fuel.

 

Its a 95 2.2 lx

 

Seems like iac valve needs to be cleaned. there is another valve under your throttle body cant think of the mane of it. It has been brouht up a while back. had picture and all of how to remove it.

New alt / therm / wires / plugs / oil & filter / rad fluid / air filter
I also ajusted the throttle cable
And I have no ac so its not that, I removed all ac and cruise control components
