Default Alarm for parking structure

It's been a while that I shop for an alarm.

I park in a multilevel parking structure at work, that trigger all alarms when ever cars go by (because of echo, weight, etc).

If set a normal, my alarm will go off 1,000 times a day. If set too low, it will not make a sound when the bad guys are jacking it with a hammer.

I know one can adjust the sensativity. However, I can't go under the dash (or where ever the brain will be) to adjust it everyday.

Are there alarms that can adjust the sensativity as easy as a switch?

TIA

viper 1000 and 5000 are adjustable from the remote. the 5000 is a responder unit that has a bar graph on the screen to show you how it is set as well.

sounds like they trigger only shitty alarms

dual-stage shock sensors
will keep that from happening
