Default Skunk 2 IM

With the Skunk 2 IM for H22 and without the EGR vavle instalation kit will this throw a cel? Thanks.

there is a bracket supplied to mount but not use the egr, so at least be plugged it to not throw codes.
why do the intake with a stock ecu?

It isnt a stock ecu and far from stock H22.
mods are
-H22 block sleeved and built by Golden Eagle
11.5:1 JE pistons, Eagle rods
-Head ported polished and built by Portflow Design
REV valves, Ti retainers, dual valve springs, Skunk2 stage 2 cams, Skunk2 IM
255lph (HP) fuel pump, RC 550cc injectors, STR fuel rail, B&M fuel pressure regulator, GReddy timing and balancer belts, H23 timing belt tensioner conversion, DC header, 2.5" custom exhaust with cat deleted back to Apexi N1 muffler, ARP head studs, Cometic head gasket, <U>P28 Hondata S300</U>, NOS kit with 75+ shot, JDM H22 tranny with LSD, Stage 4 CM, Fidanza Flywheel, Gator axles, KYB AGX gas shocks with Eibach pro springs, 17 in gunmetal REV rims Yokohama AVS es100s, 2 Stock 15in gunmetal rims with BF Goodrich Drag radials...

I dont know about that... Hondata doesnt really like talking to you unless you are a dealer, and even then they dont. But thanks.
