if it is the same as on other ECU's
Then 7 is your Throttle position sensor
16 is the fuel injection
and 43 is fuel supply
I don't know if I am allowed to post a link to another forum .. but whenever I have ECU trouble codes .. I use this list ...

1. It could be the ECU, if it blink in the computer it should show up on the dash so
if i were you, i would get another ECU, even if the stock CRX SI or Civic SI. It
should still turn on and the check engine light will go on if those codes are
really the problem. Just remember to take of the negative battery post before
you switch ECU's.
2. If you changed the ECU and you get the check engine light on the cluster and
its throwing the same codes on the ECU, then I would probably adjust the TPS
on your car or try a different throttle body that is in good working condition. If
your car has a rought idle, it probably has a vacuum leak somewhere. It could
be between the throttle body and the intake manifold or one of the hoses.
