Default Cusco LSD & Genuine MTF?

Hi Guys,

I know the topic of tranny fluid is done to death at this stage, ive read some very informed posts on this site and bought a few quarts of genuine Honda MTF.

Thing is, im fitting a Cusco LSD & looking through the manual (which is in Japanese!) Cusco Tranny oil (80W-90) is recommended. The problem is they only seem to do one specification and don’t do any special ones for Hondas and because its in Japanese I don’t know if Genuine MTF is good enough!

Any help would be appreciated as I don’t want to put the wrong stuff in and risk damaging my LSD or new synco`s im having fitted!

Thanks in advance!

Cheers Guys,

Ill prob hunt down some of the 75w-90 stuff then. Ive read on other threads that Honda MTF is the best stuff to use in a standard box... is this the equilivent of 75w-90? If it is I will use Honda MTF as ive akready bought some!

Thanks,
Michael
