I like the car a lot, but the lip looks like ***. Its chipping, and from my vantage point the paint doesn't match well either. I'd take it off. Other than that, Im feelin' the wheels and the overall look of the car.

the wheels are stock 96 gsr rims 15
i'm riding on stock shocks w/ skunk 2 coilovers.

Car looks pretty good, the only thing I would suggest is painting the front lip again! The car looks awesome other that the lip needing to be painted!

How did you paint the rims there? I'm about to get those rims since they're cheap and I guess relatively light.

 

sanded it w/ 3m 320 grid sand paper.
then painted 6-8 coast of graphite grey. can get it at kragen at 5$ i think, u'll need 2.

 

pretty interesting look... just a front lip on there...a lil torn up but it adds character.

hey no problem... being a big fan of the japan scene & drifting, torn up front lips are a common site... and it helps that i got a torn up front bumper myself.

dude i live in philly, and i have the ww type II lip like he does. mine was painted by a body shop, but it is crakcing like hell, and scraped like a two dollar *****.
if i lower it (which i will do eventually) i will be scraping everything. even now with stock height i have like a bottle of touch up paint on the very bottom of the front lip.
you just have to be careful and take it easy
