Default aem fpr fuel rail lsvtec b18 upgrade all motor worth it?

basically i'm piecing together an lsvtec and have searched but can't find the one forum i saw before about people's setups. so to anyone who had an lsvtec making 190-210 hp, is it better to upgrade to an aem fuel rail/fpr, or will a stock one with bigger injectors be sufficient. i know i should upgrade if i'm doing turbo, but since it's all motor i don't know how much it's needed. also since i'm swapping it into an eg, should i upgrade the fuel pump... read somewhere if produces around 97, and stock integras are somewhere in the 127 range. any info from people who have dealt with this is greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance honda- tech!

Upgraded fuel rail is pointless with only 190-210hp. Dont waste your money. An adjustable fuel pressure regulator might come in handy when tuning, though.

If your stock fuel pump is in good condition, I wouldnt worry about it.
I ran an LS motor and an 80shot for 2 years on a stock CX fuel pump with out any problems.
If your worried about it, just thow in a 190 or something.
