Honda tranny problem!!!

Ok this is wut i have and wuts goin on....
I have a 94 civic dx auto, i have just recently swapped in a 94 b18b1 auto....I wired in the TCM from the integra into the civic. The problem i had before i wired in the TCM was that i only had P N R D4 D2........after i wired in the TCM i now have all gears....... but when the car gets warm and all that after about 15 minutes of driving it goes back to only 2nd and 4th gears only........ somtimes if you turn the car off then on and put it straight into 1st it will work, but only for a minute or 2....... but if i leave it for like a whole day it'll do the same thing, it will work, then stop after a while..... now i checked the tranny fluid and when its off and cold it does not read anything(like it should????) but when the car is warm and running after like 15 minutes then fluid is well above the hatch marks.... is there to much tranny fluid??? causing it to not work in 1st and 3rd once it warms up and fluid rises???? LMK want to get it fixed ASAP thatnks

no its not trowing any codes.... and iwhen i come to a stop it takes off in second gear and then goes right to 4th.. you can just tell thats no question about it....... I checked the ATF and the whole stick is wet past the hatch marks but cant tell how much past

yea i used a p75 and i wired in an integra TCM... but its werd cuz it will work then it will stop after a while.... so to me it makes it seem like its not really a wiring issue does anyone know wut these mean if they are coming out of a TCM
