Default KYB AGX problem

I just got some KYB AGX shocks for my 93 prelude. They are red, and look like I thought...however, I cannot find an adjustment ****! I looked all over them, and theres no ****. They came in these bog AGX boxes, but theres no **** anywhere as far as I can tell. Anyone with a 4th gen prelude that has AGx's wanna tell me whats up with this???

Number 7 is where the adjustment is at.

I thought the same thing you did. Do your self a favor... either write down what color= what setting or memorze it because on my struts the white lettering is comming off and all I have is colors(not to mention you won't be able to read it in the trunk). Have fun w/ your new toy(s)!

Ok, thanks...now my next issue. What springs or coil overs do I get?? Is there anything I can get for under 200 bucks that would be good? I sorta want coil overs. I wanta drop that will look REALLY nice, but I dont wanna sacrifice performance. Any suggestions or pics or anything? I wanan be sure and get the perfect spring/coilover. THANKS!

If you want quality for that price go springs- if you want ride height adjustability-atleast for a lil while- go coilovers. I got raped by some cheap coilovers... do it once, do it right..

i agree with matt. dude, if you forked out the money to buy nice shocks, why do you want to save $75 bucks on CHEAP *** coil overs and RUIN your suspension? Seriously, go for ground controls, they are niiiiiiiiiice. i highly recommend them. they go for about 285 a set. if you dont do it right the first time, what makes you think you will make time to do it right the 2nd time around??

Yeah, I may end up going with just springs. One question though; where on earth did You find ground controls for $285? I haven't been able to find them for anywhere less then about 325. If I did just get springs, how low should I go??

Right now my car is about 2.5" off the ground at it's lowest point. I love it. It's better handling and style are a killer combo. I personally would go about 2.5" drop. This way your wheels would be tucked a little. Go for the ground control coilovers if you have the money. Then if you don't like the height you could change it. If you don't then I'd go for 2.5" drop springs. Good luck.
