Default 99 civic EX what bolts to the rear bumper lower?

i looked up under my rear bumper and noticed a bunch of like clip bolt locations like thier was some kind of option for this car? or just mysterous holes..........

i just got this car saturday and just looken for add-ons
so far i love the car! but like all of my vehicles i gotta seperate my car from stock!

only thing i dont like is i cannt break the tires loose but its ok. i bought the car for more milage not power, but it would be nice for alittle more power.
so far thinking intake/ exaust header. and after that i have no clue since im new to civics.

you would be correct the holes or for a OEM rear lip that was offered for thoes years 99-00 the SI mainly had it as an option but you could have gotten it from the dealer.

I have one on my car but no pics im sure some people on here will throw some pics up
