Where exactly do the wires from the diagnostic plug go to?? need to find out asap so any help would be much appreciated, are there any fuses or relays that they connect to directly to?

What year is your Accord? OR should I ask, is it OBD-I or II? OBD-II cars usually have it within a foot from the steering column usually under the dash where your pedals are. I believe mine is in the engine bay, close to the bulk head of the passenger side. But mine is OBD-I.

 

its a 97 and OBD11 and mine is on the passenger side
