99-00 fog lights bulb removal and install...

does anyone kno if u have to take off the bumper to change the fog light bulbs?

You don't have to take the bumper off.

Remove the garnish.

Unscrew the fog light housing from the bracket and remove fog light.

Replace bulb and install.

you dont have to but it makes it much easier to do
