Default is my setup good for 220-230 whp..

[-] gsr block rs machine sleeved/bored at 85.00mm
[-] ls crank, eagle rods, je 12.5 cr pistons.
[-] gsr head alaniz comp. port.
[-] blox hsl cams.
[-] skunk2 intake manifold, polished/port matched
[-] rpm 70mm throttle body
[-] hytech header
[-] p28 with hondata
my goal is to hit 225 whp.

What other cams are the Blox HSL cams comparable to? What are you using for an intake; and exhaust? Are you using the Hondata S300? All of the above are important variables. The tuner of course is the most important variable.

Those numbers shouldnt be a problem at all to reach. The im may hold ya back a little but with that setup higher numbers def possible good luck

Isnt this thread against forum guidelines?

Come on, youre asking if a 2038(or so)cc engine with a ported head, 12.5:1 c/r , top of the line header and engine management can hit 225hp. It better or your an ***.

It wont hit it with 50% leakdown on all cylinders though which is what will happen if YOU assemble it.

just got back from the dyno.
227 whp and 151 tq on a dynojet.

wrong. Nothing like the s2s3. The HSL cam has BIG primaries on it, s2s3 primaries are not all that big.

i'm pretty sure Tbone told me that the hsl is pretty much s2s3's. have you measured both the hsl & s2s3's?

Yes I have........s2s3 duration is in the 270s and HSL is in the 260s..... @ .050.
