Depends on what car you have, what the rest of the suspension set-up is, and what you're looking to accomplish.

i have 98 civic Hb with stock shocks just coils. and my initial plan is to get rear sway bar, the complete omni suspension or the tien( havent realy decided) and rear strut brace, ASr subframe. thats what im thinking about right now

Most people on here will tell you to spend money on some good, adjustable, full coilovers first. Then work towards reinforcing the frame.
Do you have experience with autox?

Some nice springs, maybe some kyb agx or illumna struts for starters. The some strut bars, such as passwordjdm 3 point for the front, and a rear strut bar as well. Then the ASR kit with a 32mm or so sway bar.
Then all you need is some sticky tires. Go have some fun.

If its for the track, like a 32mm one will be nice.</TD></TR></TABLE>

depending what car. like me i got a eg hatch, i got omni lcas, jic tie bar, gsr sway bar, agx wit skunk2 coil overs and my car handles pretty well. the only bad thing i think the shocks are worn out. i think you be best getting a gsr sway bar, its cheap and it will do the job. after market sway bars are pricey
no need for a rear sway if ur still all stock right now. work on springs/struts, then worry about reinforcing ur frame. sways will do nothing unless ur planted on the ground with firm springs/shocks and tires
