ok for some reason we are trying every obd0 and obd1 dizzy that we can find and it still wont work... we think its that dizzy because it wont rev past 3k before it boggs out. but we were also thinking that it might be the o2 sensor thats messing it up to. cause we have a 4 wire o2 and its sapose to be a 1 wire... can anyone help?

 

and its a b20 in a 91 ef hatch....
