Just take the panel off and take the window out. It isn't hard.

No it's not that hard, but if the guys gonna ask such a simple ?, why not just tell him?

Take of the door panel.
Grab the window crank.
Crank the window to a certain height, and 2 white plastic clips will bne on the window and bolted to the track with 10mm bolts. At a certain height both are exposed.
Next, since the windows out already, I suggest you take the 2 white clips off the window, scrap the old glue away w/a razor, and use epoxy to reinstall, so the window doesn't come off the track in the near future.
From here it's just a matter of sliding out the old glass, and sliding in the new.
