Here is one I did a few weeks back 
but the guy who wanted it backed out on me 
even after he had me order a different head flange (BMC Premium$$)
I would just try selling mine on one of the boards but I don't have a car to test fit it on and I really want to make sure it is perfect.
Fitment looks hard to screw up though.
Are the cuts in the flange necessary? I didn't see them on any of the sr20 manis I looked at?
