Default Did I do this throttle cable pulley correctly? Pics included!!!

I went to install my Victor X IM on my B18C1 today and decided to switch over the pulley from an LS to run a normal throttle cable setup. I used an ITR bracket (is it even on the right way? I think its flipped but it doesnt fit the other way) also. The pulley was from a 91 B18A if it matters. I dont know if I set the spring tension correctly or even put all the right parts on or what, but if someone can tell me how its done, how to check the operation to see if it works, and how it looks from my pics, I would really really appreciate it!!! TIA guys!!

Bracket looks like its holding it too far up. Is their slack in the cable? In the end you just need it to open the butterfly all the way though...

Well the engine isnt in the car so I cant test for sure...I just want to find out how its normally routed and if I have it the right way and how to check.

I'm sure you know this but basically that bracket's purpose is to provide you with the ability to adjust the tension on the throttle pully. If you can get that cable taunt without opening the butterfly then you're good to go. I've got a b16a swap and my bracket was up at the very beginning of the threads like yours is. Id like to fashion a slightly longer one so that I can get the tension perfect, but the car runs just fine.
Is the cable taunt? if it is you're okay, if not you need to fabricate or modify your current bracket.

Thanks for the input man...yeah, definitely...but like I said its not in the car so I cant tell for sure. Its just that I know other people have the exact same setup and hopefully will chime in...I just want everything to be good to go when I drop it all in, yknow. And I want to make sure I swapped the pulley correctly.
