Never heard of using dry ice. small dents can be massaged back out if you know what you're doing if not call a paintless dent removal guy.

depending on size and location, you could 'pop' them out from behind the dent. or take apex's advice and call a paintless dent guy.

Paintless dent removal guy is going to be your best bet. As far as the dry ice goes, it does work but is extremely difficult to accomplish. Sometimes the dry ice alone isnt enough, and you have top heat up the area first with a torch, then put dry ice on it quickly, so that it goes from hot to cold ery quickly. This, obviously, would require you to repaint your car. Go with the paintless dent removal.
