Default Eclipse AVN series vs Kenwood DDX series

As title states. Ive narrowed it down to these two for a double DIN unit with navi. I know the Kenwood doesnt come with navi but I can pick up a unit and add on the navi for about as much as the Eclipse unit.

Im thinking that since the eclipse unit has the DVD navi built into the unit and not seperate it would cause it to have more problems vs the Kenwood unit which is seperate. Can anyone with expereince verify that it souldnt be a prob?

The screen on the eclipse unit looks better from the pics Ive seen vs the Kenwood. Kenwoods look like its a old comp screen while the Eclipse is more animated. Im also thinking the Eclipse unit would be cheaper to install because of less wiring since the navi is in one unit.

Someone give me some pointers please. TIA!

ddx 6019 with the new nav retails for about 1800 and the eclpise we sell is about 1800. i dont know the number on the eclipse but its the nav unit. everybody that buys these from us gets the ddx or a pioneer unit.
